10K Pushups

Privacy policy

Effective June 11, 2026. The short version: the app collects nothing. Everything you enter stays on your device.

10K Pushups does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What the app stores

The app stores the following locally on your device only, in the app’s private storage:

  • Your goal settings (target reps, dates, pacing, rest days).
  • Your logged pushup sets and any notes you add.
  • App preferences such as your reminder time.

This information never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to any server, and the developer cannot see it. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
  • We do not track you across apps or websites.
  • We do not require an account to use the app.

Notifications

If you turn on a daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data is sent to or processed by any server.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Third-party services

The app is built with the Expo / React Native framework. In its current version it runs entirely on-device and does not send your data to Expo, the developer, or any other third party.

Note for future versions: An optional social feature (friend groups and leaderboards) is planned. It will be off by default and will require you to sign in. If you choose to enable it, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what account and progress data is shared, and you will be able to delete your account and data from within the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
